I Have one query regarding Driver Support for Example how Old Hardware like printer/scanner whose driver is only comes with 32 Bit , how it is going to support in 64 Bit Operating System.

I'd ask the hardware manufacturer.
You could also ask in the Windows forum on Microsoft Community.

Agreed, microsoft does not do driver development, the hardware manufacturers do it so better to ask them directly.
