Cannot launch Mircosoft Hands on Labs (user is disabled)

Hi,

I can't launch any of the Virtual Machines On Mircosoft Hands On Labs

https://www.microsoft.com/handsonlabs/selfpacedlabs

I keep Logging in again and it said for a brief second A page said User is disabled and redirects back to the select virtual machine page,

where I keep logging in and get the same error.

Please help with this.
