  I downloaded and installed the personalized Fixit Center to my Windows XP Home Edition laptop PC. I have tried all of the troubleshooters and they all return the error message listed in the title. How to fix? (I can successfully run Fixit solutions when they are online and not installed on my PC but I like the idea of having the downloaded customized version for my PC, but it doesn't work.)
