Question about learning materials for 70-684 OEM Reseller Exam RRS feed

    Hello,

    We are going for our OEM Silver then OEM Gold Competency. We have two people who have already passed two exams and need two more to pass the 70-684 OEM Reseller exam.

    I have gone to the OEM 70-684 link on MS's web page to get the online preparation materials but several links in it are broken and I have an open call with MPNSOLVE to find out how I can access this material but they have been running me around in circles.

    Can anyone recommend good training material sources for this exam?  There are no Microsoft Press materials I can purchase and the links that do work in the above web page really don't point one down any good course of study.

    First off, I have to warn you that this exam is scheduled to retire on July 31, 2014. It will no longer be offered after that date. Here is a link to the page that states this:

    As well, it appears Microsoft has not created a replacement exam yet for OEM resellers.

    This exam covers up to Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2. It does not include the newer operating systems such as Windows 8/8.1 or Windows Server 2012/2012 R2.

    **I think Microsoft Learning has forgotten to update/replace this exam.

    Sorry about the lack of resources. I suspect the links that do work might also include the newer OS information and you have to block those newer OS rules from your mind when you take this old exam.
