I have not been able to send an email using Office 365 Home for 3 months.

  I have been on the phone trying to get this repaired.  Basic Tech Support failed several times.  Level never returns promised calls.  I told an Agent named Vaught that I was just about fed up with Microsoft.  So he cancelled my prepaid account with 8 months left.  Still I cannot send an email.
