So I've gotten a new computer, which runs with windows 8.1 and I'm EXTREMELY dissappointed. Performance wise
this is a HUGE improvement from my old windows 7 computer. The only thing I absolute HATE about this is the damn mouse cursor. I don't know why but.. I don't know how to describe this but I'll do my best. Lets say I Move my mouse in the SLOWEST motion I can
to the right and when I look at the cursor I see it.. teleport a millimeter to the right. This makes me quite sad and mad since I can't get any headshots whatsoever when playing first person shooters... And as I continue to move the mouse right it continues
to teleport millimeter after millimeter, it's not at all smooth like windows 7. I don't know what's causing this. It's for sure not the mouse itself, because I've tried with others. I'm hoping for a solution as soon as possible obviously so please, anything
you can think up that might fix this please let me know, I'll copy this and post in steam support too but please, if you know what it is and have time, please help. -copied from steam- (my post)
