CRM Dynamics 2011 - Filter View of Queue Options in Queue Drop Down List of QueueItem Screen RRS feed

  • When the Queues button on the sitemap navigation bar is clicked, it brings you to the QueueItem view page. From there you can select which QueueItem system view to display, and you can further specify which Queue you want to view via the Queue drop down list.

    Is it possible to customize or filter the available queues in this drop down list? I do not wish to view inactive queues nor queues of individuals... I only want the available queues in this drop down list to be active team queues. Any ideas or suggestions?
