If the installation completed and your reports are working, then you're ok. -
If your reports aren't working, and if CRM and the report server are on separate servers, be sure to install the CRM SRS connector + UR10 on the report server.
Otherwise launch the report server configuration wizard and it will prompt you with the steps needed to ensure report server is working fine.
