dates and times disappear from a software after a Windows 10 update RRS feed

  • Question

  • We use a CRM software for our work, and after an update to Windows 10 last week, the dates and times disappeared from the software. The data is housed in an Access Database and the dates and time do appear in the database itself, however, it is not visable inside of the software. We know there is no data loss, we just don't know how to make the data visable again. And it is isolated to only the users within the office (it is a shared database) that have not had the Windows 10 Update.

    Any suggestions?

  • I'm not using Microsoft CRM. We have our own CRM program that houses the data in Microsoft Access and functions in Windows. It is the data in the software that is no longer visible and we do believe it is a Windows Update that caused the problem because the failure to see the dates and times are ONLY for certain individuals, and not everybody. I have also opened a case with Microsoft but have not heard back from anyone in over a week. I also have the same question listed in 2 other forum communities.  I'm willing to try something different if anyone has something to suggest.

  • Ok, in that case I'd probably ask over here.
