Hyper-V Network Issues RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi,

I am using Hyper-V on Windows Server 2008 and have a problem:
I'd like to publish some of my virtual machines to the outside world by routing public IPs to them.

Let's consider, I have four IP public addresses. 1.1.1.1 to 1.1.1.4, that are routed to my server.
The physical server only uses the first IP, but has three virtual machines that should get the other public IPs.
They are connected via a virtual network (using Hyper-V's networking capabilities) and have internal private IPs, from 172.27.4.1 (physical server) to 172.27.4.4 (last virtual server).

Is there any documentation, how to do this (maybe using the Routing and RAS service)?

I'd appreciate any help, since my tries were not successful.

    Best Regards,

    Daniel
