    This frequently occurring bugs in Whatsapp application when it is running on Windows Phone 8 operating system it currently is not notifying incoming messages and also is not sending on some devices when it is sought to be downloaded it displays an error saying: "It is possible that the phone software has to be updated, the app is unique from another carrier or is not available in your country / region. "device being the same as last update Lumia Black, and even then the app displays this error. 

    Alert me if they have any result

    Yes Now Windows User also can share Audio & Video files via WhatsApp.
Windows phone 8.1 users are now able to send audio & video files.

Just download this app and beat the android users who say Windows user can't send audio files using WhatsApp
