Writer uploads broken posts after server change?

Hi!
I just switched to a new server. I'm using Wordpress 2.8.4 on my own hosting. Anyway, the Writer posts blog entries broken. What do I mean? See this:

Orignal Post in the writer:

After it gets posted on the site it looks like this:

Anyone knows what could be causing this?

This should fix it using a wordpress plugin, but the real way to do it is to update your server.
