I purchased one care at a retail store and installed it one month ago. I had to reinstall it after repairs to my computor. But now I get error messages saying my subscription will expire in 13 days. Help has been no help!!! How do I correct this problem???
Click on the 'Subscribe' link and re-sign in with the exact same LiveId that you used with the previous install. Once you sign-in, you're status will be updated accurately.
