Where do I find my product key code?

Why do you think you need it?
The Key for most pre-installed systems is that issued to the manufacturer - and requires the appropriate Recovery disks to be able to certify the BIOS SLIC table that should be present.
If for whatever reason your installation is declaring 'non-genuine' status, then you need to investigate the cause, rather than simply input your Personal Key (which is on a sticker on the machine's case... see here - http://www..microsoft.com/en-gb/howtotell/default.aspx ).

To properly analyse and solve problems with Activation and Validation, we need to see a full copy of the report produced by the MGADiag tool (download and save to desktop - http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=52012 )
    Once saved, run the tool.
Click on the Continue button, which will produce the report.
To copy the report to your response, click on the Copy button in the tool (ignore any error messages at this point), and then paste (using either r-click/Paste, or Ctrl+V ) into your response.
     - IN YOUR OWN THREAD, please
