SyncOrchestrator Not Working in German OS RRS feed

    When running a sync on a German OS (specifically, Win7 x64), all the SyncOperationStatistics are 0 even though there are new items to sync.  And none of the items show up.  No exceptions are thrown.  So, this is pretty baffling.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    try enabling Sync Framework tracing in verbose mode so you get to see what's going on...
