Urgent Message RRS feed

  • My Windows Live One Care Page is red and says Urgent - Go to the help center.  But it doesn't tell me what is wrong, and when I go to the Help Center, I don't know what to do from there.

    I'm moving your post to the general folder since we don't know that it is the firewall or another part of OneCare.

    The first thing to check is your PC date and time by right clicking the system tray clock in the lower right corner of the desktop. If it is incorrect - verify the month/day/year and also the time - fix it and reboot the PC. If that isn't the cause and the problem persists, please contact support.
