I've searched online to try to find a solution to this, but I havent been able to find anything.
We have sometimes had problems with suddenly not being visible in the social pane on a specific opportunity. Today it happened again, and we tried a few things to fix this.
Scenario:
I have an opportunity with several activities visible in the social pane. Then a new email is recieved regarding the same oppportunity, and all activities disappear.
We found that this email contained (in the email body, or description) a table with special formatting. When we removed this table, all activities appeared again.
It looks as if specific formatting or specific tables in the "description"-field can "disable" the activity view in the social pane.
Anyone else had this problem? Any help would be appreciated.
