Wealth Management - Cannot Import Data RRS feed

  • Am having an issue importing sample data to the org - when selecting the solution the browser just hangs.

  • Hi Sarah,

    Are you installing the out of the box sample data that came with the solution itself or are you importing your own sample data?

  • Try closing & restarting your browser.

    You can try to Go to Settings > Data Management > Imports and Click Delete, and then select All Imported Records from the .zip file. And Go to Settings > Data Management > Sample Data > Remove Sample Data.

    Then try to redo your scenario of double clicking the Solution to go to the Configuration page & install the Solution specific Sample Data.
