  • Back in March, of this year, I was awarded a copy of Windows Vista Signature Edition, Upgrade. I decided to sell it to a friend. When she tried to use the upgrade, the product key didn't work. What do  I need to do for her to get this upgrade up and running?

    Please contact the Microsoft Activation Center to re-activate Office should there be problems should you need assistance. The Office Activation Center can be reached at (888) 652-2342 from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM Pacific Time.

  • Sorry, the product key is non-transferrable.

  • So, how do I get a replacement key if I give the software (Vista Ultimate Upgrade) away or sell it. I have been searching for two days for an email address for Microsoft customer support.
