reinstalling one care RRS feed

    i had to restart my whole computer, and i am trying to reinstall one care but it syas my product key is already in use.  i need to know what to do about this

    You won't need the product key anymore to activate onecare on your computer. All you will need is the Live ID where you associated you Product Key with.

    Click on the Subscribe button on the main screen of onecare.

    Sign-in using the Live ID or the email address you have used when you activated your Product Key.

     

    To verify what Live ID or email address you may have used for your subscription

    Log-in to https://billing.microsoft.com. Try to use possible email address you have or might have used to activate your subscription.

     

    If not successfull, and no idea what email address it could be, contact support.

    Are you receiving any error message while installing OneCare?
