  • Thanks to Gerald A He helped me get rid of Windows Antivirus 2009.
    He was so patient and came on my computer with such care &
    help that I was astonished. Think he should be well compensated
    for all his knowledge.  MM

  • I'm glad to read that support was able to rid your PC of the infection. As a OneCare user, if an infection makes it past, OneCare support is the best solution for most users.

  • Was Gerald A a OneCare help guy? I have the same virus/adware problem (antivirus 2009) and my phone service from OneCare has not helped.
