    One care firewall is blocking my computer and printer when I go to look at information for my work in two of my programs.  I have tried everything possible.  Please contact us or give us a phone number to where we can contact you.  We are in need of help asap.

    I'm not clear on your problem, but you may want to start by opening OneCare and clicking on Change Settings. On the Firewall tab, click Configure Network and make sure that it is shown as "Home or Work." If it is "Public" file and printer sharing will be blocked, so click change network at that point to set it as "Home or Work."
