Hi, I am attempting to send an email from an unresolved sender to an unresolved recipient. The To and From fields are populated automatically on selecting a particular Regarding record. While I am unable to save the Email activity if I manually enter an
unresolved sender email address (From); I am however able to save the Email activity when the From field is populated by javascript. After the record is saved with unresolved From and To email addresses, whenever I try to send the email, it says Invalid Argument.
Is this because the From field takes only a resolved email address from CRM? Is there any way to bypass that? I can send email to unresolved emails but not from unresolved emails. Is there any workaround for this?
