    This installation is counterfeit - it is an installation of a Dell OEM_SLP Product Key on a Retail motherboard, using a hacker's Activation Exploit.
     
    You will need to purchase a Full Retail License for Windows, and do a clean install, since it is impossible to guarantee that your current install is free from unwanted 'guests' brought in by the hack.
