MSCRM 2013 Turkish Base Setup Incident,Invoice,InvoiceDetail entities FormOnload javascript problem RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi ,
I installed MSCRM 2013 Turkish Base Setup,   Only these three(Incident, Invoice,  InvoiceDetail) entities form onload's are not working correctly.
    The CRM forms give these errors;
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found) http://xxx.xx.xxx.xxx/crm/%7B635324533260000046%7D/WebResources/incident_main_system_library.js?ver=1092359335

I think the problem is uppercase/lowercase i character(Turkish I/i problem) and also urlrewrite problem.
The orginal scripts name's are begin with uppercase i but the forms when are loading , looking for lowercase i- scripts

    The orginal scripts name
    C:\Program Files\Microsoft Dynamics CRM\CRMWeb\_static\oobwebresource\Incident_main_system_library.js
    C:\Program Files\Microsoft Dynamics CRM\CRMWeb\_static\oobwebresource\Invoice_main_system_library.js
    C:\Program Files\Microsoft Dynamics CRM\CRMWeb\_static\oobwebresource\InvoiceDetail_main_system_library.js
    C:\Program Files\Microsoft Dynamics CRM\LangPacks\1055\sql\6.0\ImportExport\WebResources\Incident_main_system_library.js
    C:\Program Files\Microsoft Dynamics CRM\LangPacks\1055\sql\6.0\ImportExport\WebResources\Invoice_main_system_library.js
    C:\Program Files\Microsoft Dynamics CRM\LangPacks\1055\sql\6.0\ImportExport\WebResources\InvoiceDetail_main_system_library.js

Also get scripts from MSCRM Orginaztion database with query
SELECT * FROM [dbo].[WebResourceBase] WHERE NAME LIKE 'I%'
The scripts name's are begin with uppercase i

    Name
    Incident_main_system_library.js
    Invoice_main_system_library.js
    InvoiceDetail_main_system_library.js

Could you help for this error/bug? Bugs are likely to be.
    Have a nice day/Best Regards

  • Hello İsmail,

Problem is about sql server collation, if you install crm base Turkish with Latin collation the error message will not arise. This is supported solution.

If you want unsupported solution you should change I latter to i from webresourcebase sql server table and export invoice and invoice detail entity solutions then change references names for these js files in customication xml.

  • Ersin, Thank you for your help. I changed the database collation of MSCRM organization from Turkish_CI_AI to Latin1_General_CI_AI, the error messages are gone. But if i want to use Turkish_CI_AI database collation because of field's sql sort order(uppercase Turkish i), I have been receiving this javascript loading error. I think this is a bug of TurkishBased MSCRM 2013.
