My Repaired PC has recently started WGA problems and is now saying: Geographically blocked PID with MGADiag.exe

Question
-
I bought this machine way back, and a few months ago it would not start up.
The man in the computer shop told me it had a broken ?skuzzy boot? hard drive (hard disk, can't remember which now) and said it needed replacing. SKUZZY BOOT is as close to what i remember him saying it was. The computer has 6 of these in it.
I have read a lot of these Geographically blocked PID Topics and have run MGADiag.exe, report below.
I checked the web page printed on the little blue label on the bottom of my computer "www.microsoft.com/piracy/howtotell" and it looks genuine.
Main problem is it doesn't seem to match the one MGADiag.exe says?So then I tried KeyUpdateTool_enu.exe. "The product key entered is not a valid key for this system. Please check it for typing errors and try again." I tried 5 times.
I returned to the computer shop and it is now a Heating and Plumbing Centre.
If required I have a photograph of the Blue Label as the computer is massivly heavy approx 30Kg and it is right at the back on the bottom, so the easiest way was to photograph it and stick athe photo on the front.
I can not be without my computer as it has scans of over 30 years of photographs and Digital prints on it, and has already cost me over £300 to have some of the pictures recovered from my original Disk/Drive by a company who had to re-build it.
The computer label is WINDOWS XP PRO ( also says in small letters on the bottom 'Windows NT* Workstation 4.0 1-2CPU') * is a registration mark. Has blue wavey 'Microsoft' top and bottom, A holographic band on the right reading 'GENUINE', and says 'Microsoft Certificate of Authenticity' on the left. has 2 bar codes, 1 Product Key xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx, 1 Product ID xxxxx--xxx-xxxxxxx-xxxxx, number under barcode 00019-xxx-xxx-xxx format and on the left verticaly X06 xxxxx.
When this came up I looked for my original package that came with the Computer, a neighbour said there should be a 'restore disc' and discovered that the 'Restore Box' was open and empty (Had not looked since the Computer Shop fixed it} believe there wer several CD's in it but as I had never opened it I couldnt say how many.
Please help me!

Please visit Genuine Microsoft Software and click on Validate Windows. After validation fails, click on the Get Genuine button to learn how to acquire a WGA Kit.

Hello Vampyre666,
It appears that your computer is licensed to run Windows NT 4.0 Professional, because that's what is listed on your computer's Certificate of Authenticity (CoA).
Is there a CoA for Windows XP Pro affixed to the computer?
If not, please take Carey's advice to Get Genuine by ordering and installing a WGA Kit for Windows XP Pro.
