How do I create Marketing List based on Campaign Responses RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi,

I would like to create a new marketing list (or add to existing...) with members matching a search based on Campaign Responses.

What I want to do is e.g. to select all Campaign Responses with (in this case a custom field) an APSIS click URL of www.microsoft.com and add as new marketing list.

This would of course add significant value to selections and I assume it is possible to do. But... I cannot figure out how.

    Thankful for help here.

  • You'll need to perform the search through the Activity Party entity, as there's no direct relationship between Campaign Response and Contact/Lead/Account. Here's an example of how to all find Contacts with a specific value in a field on the Campaign Response record:

  • Hi Joakim,

OOTB this is not possible. Something to watch for in next release.

    Hope this helps.

  • Hi,

As Minal said this could not be done, but I doubt about future releases to cover this requirement.
