The title says it all. It's frustrating to me that it's well over a year after the launch of O365 and accounts aren't being moved, or at least being given the option of being moved over. When most services get upgraded, companies rightly make
it a huge priority to help existing customers migrate as quickly as possible, so existing customers don't get upset that newer customers are getting better options.
This document was just released (Microsoft Dynamics CRM Automated Transition Planning Guide) - it indicates the the old platform is due to be decommissioned in Q1 2014. So
that would indicate sometime in the next 7 months. I had heard the process of moving between platforms ended up being somewhat of a manual process on Microsoft's end which might explain the large period of time.
