Change thread titles of other users

    Question

  • I'm referring to threads created by this user.

Let's put aside whether the user's behaviour is abusive (entry level questions require simple search, unhelpful thread topics, crosspost across boards), I wish to know if forum modarators are allowed to change the thread titles for clarifications?

(I'll confess that my eyes ache when I see half page of threads all named "SSIS" or "SQL Server"...)

    EDIT: Title changed as suggested.

  • Propably this title should be changed to "Change thread titles of other users".

I think moderators can also edit your posts so I think they can also edit the title. Why not just mark the post as abusive and post the reason about the title.
