  Hi all,
  
  I need to create kind of proxy that stay between clients and cluster, so it accept all jobs submissions and may change some job properties / log job details / cancel job / change job template / etc.  on certain conditions before job scheduling .
  
  Is it possible to make my code run on cluster like kind an add-on / extension so clients only add jobs into cluster and before job scheduling  - my "server code" may change job properties ?
