I've tried to run the genuine/validate thing, but it is just installing Microsoft Security Essentials - and nothing to do with Office suite.
I've gone back in to try my product key again now and the options are only allowing me to add a product key for Office 2010. My license is for 2007.
My machine is a Netbook and so does not have the CD drive I need to install from scratch.
Can you help now?
Thank you

Aaaah! You obviously have a TRIAL of Office installed.... to use the full application you actually have to buy it..Your Key for Office 2007 is not valid for Office 2010 - you have to uninstall the trial, and install the Office 2007 edition that you purchased, using your product Key.
