USB Drive Getting an error

  Can some one help me how to fix this error. I have a lot of data in my pen drive but it was giving and error shown below .How to get rid off from this error. I am not able to access the drive also. Please provide me the steps for this Issue to my mail id : abbabathula.ravi@gmail.com
