This is REALLY off-topic but I have a friend who is desperate, and you've been helpful to me in the past. He wants to return an XBOX for a fix, and the procedures they have given him just come to a brick wall when he needs to get a Gamer ID, whatever that is. He has spent hours on a phone waiting for an agent who never seems to be available. I looked for a forum like this for XBOX, but didn't find one. Can you suggest an appeal route for this guy, or another web site where he could escalate his issues? Thanks, 'Thuse
