Script to change the organization key no longer works in CRM 2016 SP1

  Using the script in the thread below has always worked for me when I backup my production database and need to restore it as a test instance and import into the same CRM deployment (in order to change the org key so that there is no conflict due to 2 orgs having the same key):

  It appears this no longer works for CRM 2016 SP1.   Before I post log files and such, has anyone else experienced this yet or found a solution?   I've tried it in two different deployments with two different organizations and everything worked fine up until SP1.
