Question
-
i have cheaked the simular posts to this and i cant find a definitive answear. My windows 7 ultimate is completely genuine i still have the CD and everything. i think i may have accidently downloaded a installed a non certified driver for my computer via virus. my AVG went off and i managed to quarenteen and delete a virus but my computer restarted right after and this "Test Mode Windows 7 Build 7601" poped up in the borrom right corner. I've tried to find and delete these drivers but i cant seem to find them at all. I'm hopeing my AVG got them but i cant be certain.Because from my understanding after removeing a driver windows needs to restart again but it didn't, Please help. if needed i have a proof of license key on the sticker on my machine

Your installation appears to be properly activated - but hasn't been validated for some time. Please go to validate at www.microsoft.com/genuine/validate - what happens?
The 'Test Mode' flag is nothing to do with being genuine or not - it's simply a minor error easily clearedOpen a cmd window with administrator rights and run this command:
Bcdedit.exe -set TESTSIGNING OFF
Reboot the PC and the test mode should go away.
