Question

I am wondering if there is something I need to do in order to have my Microsoft affiliation appear next to my display name.
I am a Microsoft Partner and it appears on my profile but not when I reply to posts. And I was just honored with a 2011 Microsoft Community Contributor award and that did not automatically appear.
I've never seen a Microsoft Partner affiliation listed but I have seen other MCC affilations listed so I'm wondering how that happens and is it something I need to set.
Thanks
Kind Regards, Rich ... http://greatcirclelearning.com

Nothing you need to do, when partner affiliations were rolled out years ago, we were asked to specifically not show it in forum threads. We are changing this on 7/14 so forum posts headers will render this going forward.

Yes, the alert bug is read to go for 7/14. Two fixes actually, we don't show that option while posting unless you have a confirmed working email address registered and then we fixed that actual bug where the submit was setting the thread subscribe field.
