Problem with window 10

I have a Panasonic Toughbook, it was preloaded with win8, after the up gradation to win10, some features are not functioning, e.g

1. Del button is not working

2. Hibernation after closing the lid is not working

3. 2nd battery is not working

4. 3G mobile network is not working
