    Our laptop has been infected by the above virus. I have McAfee and have run the full scan. It did not detect anything. In safe mode I ran the Malwarebytes anti-malware  program full scan, it also did not detect anything. I cannot open the Malwarebytes program in regular mode because of the virus. What is your suggestion for getting rid of this virus, such as a download I can do from my desktop, save to disk and run on the laptop. Please help.

    If McAfee and Malwarebytes did not detect the virus what program did? Have you contacted McAfee support for help? - http://service.mcafee.com/Default.aspx
