But, when i go to our CRM server using http://crm.intranet (default URL) on chrome and firefox the mobile version of the crm is showed. When i go to http://crm.intranet/<siteurl>/main.aspx crm fully works in chrome and firefox.. Any idea how to overcome this issue?

  • It sounds as through you have created a custom DNS entry on your DNS server to redirect http://crm.intranet to another URL, and you'll need to adjust this DNS entry to resolve the problem.

  • Hi Benson,

crm is the name of the server, there is no custom dns rule for this server. In dns crm.intranet points to the server ip address

  • You should use the URL provided by the CRM Deployment Manager.
