  • Please advise how the following issue can be resolved. WGA could not resolve problem. This is a genune windows product and only a fairly recent problem. Cannot access secure sites (such as hotmail). If you could cc any correspndence to c.t.butcher@ncl.co.uk.

  • Hello

     

    Please do this:

    Go to http://www.microsoft.com/Genuine/diag/ and click the “Start Diagnostic" button.  After the tool shows the error next to Cryptographic Services, click the "Resolve Now" button.

    If the tool finds any other issues that requires fix, just follow the instructions.  Please let me know if this resolves your problem.
