JoeNYC65You can try – but unless you’ve completed the instructions and rebooted, then it’s never going to work.
net start sppsvc
sc qc sppsvc
sc queryex sppsvc
sc qprivs sppsvc
sc qsidtype sppsvc
sc sdshow sppsvc
copy and paste the results into your response, together with the EXACT error message you get when you attempt to start the service from the Services control panel..

JoeNYC65Have you been using a Registry Cleaner (possibly Advanced System Care or WiseFixer?) at all? – if so then that’s the cause of your problems and you should UNDO anything it’s done, and then post another report. What has happened is that something has uninstalled the Software Protection Service – which controls the WGA aspects of the PC, and is required to run at all times in normal mode. This is easy enough to fix - but there may be other problems afterwards, so do come back with the new MGADiag report afterwards. Have you been using Registry Cleaners or Optimisers?to fix - but there may be other problems afterwards, so do come back with the new MGADiag report afterwards. Have you been using Registry Cleaners or Optimisers?Highlight ALL the text in bold - select Copy

Open an Elevated Command Prompt window - click on the Start button, and in the Search box, type CMD. wait for the system to find the one file, then right-click on that and select Run as Administrator. Accept the UAC prompt if you get oneRight-click on the C:\ icon (top left of the window) and select Edit... >Paste
You should get Success responses after each line of code (you may need to hit the Enter key to complete the last line)
when complete, reboot.
Once you've rebooted, check to see if the Service has started - if so, then check that the Volume Shadow Copy Service is also present, and starts on request.
Post back with a new MGADiag report, and the results of the above.

JoeNYC65Look in its options for an undo option – if it doesn't have one, then it’s not only a poor program, it’s definitely DANGEROUS!Since from what little I know of the program, it doesn’t have such an option, consider it malware, and uninstall it, and demand a refund from the vendor. Then follow the instructions I gave in the initial post

Has the error message dissapeared? This report is a lot better.
By the way, going back to your original comment,
"The product Key on the sticker on my laptop reads .....H3HXB. What can I do?"
Please understand that the product key in the report is not going to be the same as the one on the sticker affixed to your computer. The one in the report is the embedded key for the preinstalled software. The one on the sticker is the backup key that you would use should the embedded key fail to synchronise with the SLIC table in the BIOS. Should you reactivate using the backup key the report would then show that key instead. It would also show as a Type 8 COA SLP key instead of the present Type 2 OEM SLP key.

JoeNYC65Only one related to validation – which should be cleared by going to the Validation site at www.microsoft.com/genuine/validateTry that, and post a new MGADiag report.

Thank you very much, I already asked the vendor for a refund, the replied asking me to run wise fix LOL and to tell them what was wrong so they can improve their program.

JoeNYC65**Please** respond to them with the link for this forum – then they can see (almost) first-hand the havoc they are causing! If they are really this lax in their responses, I can only assume that they are more interested in the cash yield of their sales, than the satisfaction of their users.
