CDR for the Response Group RRS feed

  • Hi,

    I have successfully deployed a Response Group with 3 operators. I also have a monitoring server and a mediation server deployed, all R2.
    I have the Call Detail Record for all the call, but not the response group call (incoming or outgoing).
    How can I have the detail of all the call the response Group receive or pass.

  • I would suspect that only the user that picks up the call will report the CDR and not the Response Group

  • Actually, calls to response groups should be recorded in the CDR database the same as any other call.

    There will in all be 3 records added to the CDR database:
    1) from original caller to response group
    2) from response group to agent
    3) from agent to original caller, which replaces the original call

    I'm not sure why the calls to the response group would be missing - are you sure they're not there?
