Dear Help Desk,
I purchased the Windows 10 product on 8 December 2015 on line from Microsoft and upon successful download and installation of the product I received an email from Microsoft giving me the receipt and Product Key details. However, the product key
activation failed with the error message as follows: Error code 0xc004014.
Kindly advise as to how I am to proceed further, having put in the product key several times later.
