I've been tasked with a problem our company faces in CRM. We are a bespoke timber window business, so we use CRM to log leads, opportunities and quotes.
We have many opportunities in CRM which are related, such as the same site, but quoted by different contractors. The sales manager has proposed a way of linking all related opportunities together and have one promoted to 'Master Project' when we think this
one has the best chance of being won.
I have dabbled with connections, but I couldn't get the 'Master Project' structure I wanted and when an opportunity has been promoted, I couldn't get the other opportunities to update to reflect this via a workflow.
