  • Just to go to the Contact associated view on the left side of the form and then click. Then click on the New Contact or the Add Existing Contact icon to add records.

  • CRM 2011 supports the embedding of lists of related records within the main form area of an entity, which may help later on.  There are plenty of solutions out there for doing the same with CRM 4: just search for "embedded associated view".  However, if your intent is to add additional fields to contain the Contacts, consider two additional options:

    1. Customer Relationships:  these allow configurable, customizable ways to link Contact and Account records together; though they still appear in a "list" format (under the "Relationships" heading from either entity's navigation menu).
    2. Custom relationships between the entities:  at any time you can add additional relationships between Contacts and Accounts to give you more fields to display on an Account form.  You should consider though that this approach should naturally have a limited upper-bound on the number of relationships established, and their use.  It's generally regarded as the least ideal approach when compared to all previously mentioned options.
