WLOC won't & has stopped working RRS feed

    My "Windows Live One Care" just stopped working all together. My subscription is up to date, and I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and I keep haveing the same issue. It will tell me that the "The Live Once Care is not working or has been stopped. Try restarting the computer and if it persists contact support."  I wish there was an easier way of trying to contact Windows LIVE OneCare help, so I can try resolving this issue. Any advice you can give will be greatly appreciated.

    If you are using XP, go to Control Panel, add/remove programs, and find the entry for .Net Framework 2.0.

    Click it.

    When the uninstaller starts, select the option to repair. Reboot when complete. If this does not resolve it, try uninstalling and reinstalling .Net Framework. See "method 3" here: http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx/kb/910656
