Can I Upgrade From windows 10 home to windows by providing MAK for Windows Enterprise using Intune or its only for Win 10 pro and win 10 education ?

I suggest you to upgrade from Windows 10 Home to Pro and then enroll the devices.
Set up enrollment for Windows devices
