Exception Logging

Question
-
Could somebody point out a good tool to log exceptions in the database ? My thought is to use MSMQ to send exceptions from multiple servers into a collection server that in turn adds it to the database. I would also like preferably a tool that can also allow alerts configuration on an exception threshold. The API should also be lightweight with just logging as a main feature.
