Receiving runtime error and abnormal termination

  I thought I could move my Microsoft Works, including Picture It! 2002 to my external harddrive....when it didn't work, I tried to install it back to my C drive but now I can't open pictures on Picture It! ...it gives me a runtime error message and closes the program
