I have the same problem. I use Windows XP SP3 and the problem arises with both IE8 (unfortunatelly, it impossible to update it to IE9 or IE10) and Google Chrome (the latest version); however it works on another computer with Windows 7 SP1 and IE10. Please, solve this problem for Windows XP SP3.Thursday, August 22, 2013 6:02 AM

Hello Dorozhkin,
The inconsistent nature of the issue delayed a fix. However a solution is now in place and you shouldn't encounter this issue any longer.
Let us know if you are able to sign in now.
Thanks,
